WHO WE ARE

RealRelax was founded with the mission to provide high-quality yet affordable massage chairs to every user. Our chairs are carefully and meticulously crafted using only top-quality materials to ensure relaxation, comfort, and health benefits.

 

Our journey began in 2014 when we noticed that people were experiencing back and wrist strains due to prolonged computer use. We also realized that the massage chairs available in the market were either too expensive or outdated.

 

In January 2015, we launched our first RealRelax massage chair, the Favor-01. Since then, we have developed five different models of massage chairs. We not only focus on the quality of our chairs but also strive to provide the best customer and aftercare services. We sell directly, so you don't have to pay for retailers or distributors' mark-ups.

 

Over the past five years, we have upgraded the seating experiences of users in over 40 countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Europe, and Southeast Asia. And we're only getting started.
