Usage & Operation

We recommend that new users ease into their massage routine with 10 to 15 minute massage sessions, two to three times per day. As you become increasingly comfortable and familiar with your massage preferences, you can experiment with longer, more frequent massages. We find the sweet spot for regular users is around one 30-minute session every day.

Major discomfort can often be attributed to either overuse or using the chair at too high of an intensity level. We recommend treating your massage chair like any other physical activity by easing into a routine starting with shorter and less intense sessions, with ample breaks in between usages. You can adjust headrest cushion, length, depth and intensity of your massage in the manual modes on your remote. Once you become more comfortable and familiar with your massage preferences, you can experiment and increase the levels of your usage levels accordingly to find what works best for you.
If you take it slow and still experience pain or discomfort, we recommend consulting your physician before continuing use of your massage chair. -
Yes, you can choose different auto massage modes according to your needs, or adjust the airbag pressure and decrease or increase the intensity and depth of the rollers in the manual settings of each chair.

All of our chairs have body scanning technology that adjusts the massage rollers to the height of the user, allowing users of all shapes and sizes to enjoy a properly aligned massage. The intensity of the massage can also be adjusted for children who would be best suited with gentler massages.

We make the process quick and easy with most components pre-assembled, along with easy-to-follow instruction manuals and step-by-step assembly tutorial videos. Home assembly typically takes about 10 to 30 minutes. We also recommend having a buddy on hand to help you move your chair, as it is heavy and best moved by two people.

We offer free shipping anywhere in the United States and Canada. Our massage chairs can only be delivered to your front door on the first floor.

Most of our packages will be delivered within 10 to 15 days, but for those with shorter distances, it might take 2 to 3 days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number with the carrier so that you can track your order.

We ensure that all orders leave our warehouse in perfect condition. To protect your order against loss or damage during shipping, you can optionally purchase our "Worry-Free Delivery" service at checkout. With this service, if your order doesn't arrive as described—including any loss or damage—you'll receive a full refund.

I'm very sorry for the confusion. Some massage chair models are shipped in multiple boxes, which may arrive at different times. Usually, the remaining box will arrive within 1–2 business days.

We are very sorry. Due to the large size and heavy weight of the massage chair, the logistics timeliness is relatively difficult to control. Therefore, we do not support express delivery. But usually it can be delivered within the expected time.

Yes, for all massage chairs we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. No refunds after 30 days. If buyer decided to return, buyer will be charged for ALL delivery and shipping charges (delivery, shipping charges to and from our facility). All massage chairs offer an exchange of a new unit if there are defects in the product (within 30 days). After 30 days, all of our chair manufacturers offer warranty service.
