We've had this massage chair for just over a month now and it is life-changing!
My husband and I are both graphic designers, resulting in chronic neck/shoulder pain from working at a desk all day. So we were looking for an in-home solution that would complement our chiropractic treatments.
This chair DELIVERS! We both use it daily. I am 5' 8" and he is 6' tall. I would say he is at the very top of the range that fits this chair. Any larger and he wouldn't be comfortable. It's a low-profile chair that looks nice in our bedroom, but the trade-off is that it's smaller than most.
We love this chair and it has dramatically improved our neck and shoulder pain. The massage is STRONG too, even on level one, so you have to ease your way into it if you're not used to massage. The "senior" program is a good starting point.
The one *tiny* change we'd make is to separate the arm and shoulder airbag function. You can't have one without the other, and I'm not a fan of the shoulder squeezing. But other than that, it's PERFECT!

Chair works great. We needed the screen replaced because it wasn't very responsive. Customer service was very helpful and responsive. I like this chair and bought it after quite a bit of research. Good value for money. Was surprised how gripping the foot massager is but some of my friends who tried it thought it too gripping (strong). After getting used to it, I like it. My feet are much more supple and flexible. Back and shoulder massage is not as strong as I would like, but adequate. Easy to fall asleep after a 20-minute massage. Bluetooth features are good as are the speakers. I like the back and leg warming features. It looks good and appears well made. Added bonus, I turned the packing crate into a 'Santa Claus sleigh' (with red duct tape and a little creativity) and we use it deliver gifts to first-grade school kids for Christmas.
