Easy set up . The whole family is enjoying the chair. Everyone wants one.
Saia freight team did a great job bringing me the product and communicating with me. Checking out all the reviews across so many different manufacturers gave me confidence to buy the flavor 06. I am 6’ 1” tall and do not fit properly in this chair. I find it very uncomfortable and push the leg extension. As far as it will let me go the entire time I sit in it. Specifications led me to believe that I would fit. $1500 chair with no return policy or exchange for a larger chair. I’m really sad and I can’t tell my wife that the chair she saved for and purchased for me is not enjoyable.
Love it! Feels so nice. I didn't give 5 stars because we had trouble finding how to turn it off, had to watch a YouTube video to figure it out. Otherwise, it's perfect!!!
I purchase the Real Relax chair for my sister who suffers with severe back pain. I know that the chair is as advertised, because I use the exact same chair at my chiropractor's office twice a week. It's an amazing chair and my sister absolutely loves it.
My only complaint is with shipping company (TForce shipping out of PA) that Real Relax used to deliver the chair. I was given an 11-6 delivery (October 29th) window on the initial delivery date, which required me to be home during those hours. However, according to TForce shipping, the driver's truck broke down, so he was unable to deliver it on the scheduled day. I rescheduled for Friday, October 31 between 11-6.
I called at 11:21 am on Friday morning to ensure that the chair was in fact arriving on the 31st. The TForce rep assured me that the chair would be delivered on the 31st. Fast forward to 2:55 pm on October 31st when I received a call from a TForce representative informing me that the truck driver responsible for delivering the chair had brought the chair back to the facility due to being sick. At this point, I am enraged because I took off work on Wednesday and my husband took of Friday, so that we would be available when the chair arrived. The chair FINALLY arrived on Saturday, November 1st.
I will end with Real Relax needs to do a better job of screening shipping businesses to avoid the aforementioned issues that experienced.
I would be remiss if I did not mention that Real Relax did credit my account for the delay. I appreciate the fact that they are very proactive as it relates to customer service.
I would recommend Real Relax massage chairs. However, I would nippingot recommend TForce shipping.
My husband had wanted a massage chair for a while. We chosen this one based on good reviews, useful features and reasonable price after researching at several popular websites. It was delivered quicker than expected and was easy to assemble. Best of all, we are not disappointed. It meets our requirements and expectation. My husband use it multiple times a day.
I purchased the Real Relax after eying a massage chair for several years. The real relax seemed to have the best combination of features to price. After several months of use, here is my assessment of the chair.Positives:+ The quality of the materials, the faux leather seems durable, looks good and is nice to the touch.+ The massage robot hands are great, and the for me having the S and L track was key. It cost a little more, but that small incremental cost increase in my mind is worth it vs only an s track which does only the back.+ The chair coming basically assembled is a plus, although it will take two people to move it and get it off the pallet. Once on the ground there are wheels that can be used if the chair is leaned back for easier movement from one room to another.+ There are a lot of massage options if you manually adjust the settings.+ The blue mood lighting is a nice touch in a dark room to add that soothing vibe.+ The airbags are great where them make strong contact such as the forearm and feet (see more below)+ A lot of the presets are pretty intense if someone who likes high pressure massages.+ The buttons on the control tablet are very responsive and the graphics are clear and easy to understand.I wouldn't call these negatives, but things that Real Relax might consider improving on later models:- The interface is a little bit cumbersome. I generally find myself using the same preset all the time A4 because I don't like the intensity of the others. A mobile app that let the user create programs would be great, and also eliminate the need for the clunky interface.- The control panel buttons aren't back lit. So if you like to mess with the buttons a lot, you'll need to have some lighting so you can see what you are doing.- I'm pretty thin so the air bags for the shoulders and calf are not as intense as they would be for a bigger person. Should be fine though for the typical American.All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase and the convenience of getting a quick massage at a moments notice is worth it.
Maybe a chair at higher price would have the true stretches as I was looking for. This chair does not have the stretch as advertised. However everything else works real well once you learned to use the control by testing out every function and combination. You should wait at least 30 secs for each function to see what actions it includes. Delivery was fast (2 days) and they carried it into the house to the spot where I wanted. That was a nice surprise. I thought it would be dropped off at the front door. I would be extremely heavy to bring it in without help. No assemblies needed, all I need was cut off the ties and remove the carton cover, the plug in the power cord. Blue tooth works, but the speakers sound is not great, I'd rather use my headphone. Neck massage and shoulder massage show up on certain functions, so everything is there, you just need to try all the functions out patiently first. If you are thin you may not feel that much on the air massages. I'm 155 lbs, and it's good enough. The SL track massage feel real good, just about right, not too strong or too weak - you will like this part of the chair, especially when it gets to the lower back and bottom areas. The air massage on the calf is a little weak.
