The chair has been fantastic. I use it once a day and it helps get the knots out of my back and feel much more relaxed.
The chair was an easy install. I like the body scan feature so that my shoulders are detected at the right location. I have not explored all the features yet. This chair arrived about 10 days ago and I have been using it every day.
My husband loves this chair!! He has rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. He has used it daily and feels it helps tremendously. It is a great quality chair. Easy set up and the delivery went well.
I have not had a chance to use it much. I had a FAV 08 and purchased this as an upgrade. Not interfacing with the phone with the preset massages seems like a down grade. I am trying to work through what I need to set things on to get similar massages. There were about three that I used frequently on the 08.
Bought for my wife and she absolutely loves it! She uses it every morning before work, after work, and before bed. I'm actually kind of jealous that she spends more time in the chair than with me?

Love the deep massage and the squeeze of the airbags. I certainly appreciate the massage rollers for the bottom of my feet! Only one improvement to consider: massaging rollers for the forearms in addition to the airbags that squeeze nicely. The heated back feature is worth every penny as well.
my 3rd real relax chair, fs 01 was my first ,loved it. bought a 2 d for my sister and me when i go back to visit cant be without one for long the difference between those two was a eye opener so i got the 5200 and wow what a chair 73 years old dont want to be without one but the the 5200 is so much better than the other two great chairs. if you can afford the low price of the 5200 i would recommend it as a first purchase it will not disappoint. ordering and setup was easy and fast
We have the PS5200 massage chair. We are still learning all the modes (as there are many), but so far it has been great. There are all different levels of strength to the massage, and the air bags are very strong. I like the Knead & Knock massage as I have back problems. Pretty cool features including Bluetooth, so you can listen to your phone through speakers on the chair. It's very comfortable and so far we are often switching off using it as it is in high demand in my hosue. Very happy with the product we purchased.
I love relaxing in my beautiful chair. It’s my little get away for a little bit. I sit back and relax. I listen to my spa music, feel the heat in my back and enjoy the massage.
