Its not a bad chair.. I just wish I could extent the time. It maxes out at 20 minutes. And you have to let it power off to reset. And the shoulder pressure is a little weak. Otherwise its nice. For the price its a good buy
The chair feels well built, I feel slightly tall for it. I can’t say that I can tell much difference between all the different massage modes. I love the compression for arms shoulders and calves but would love a compression only mode! We put a 1” pad where the rollers roll as they were a bit harsh for my wife. It just fits thru our guest room doorway and it has a compact look compared to other chairs which I like. I feel it is a very good value and does mostly what I expect. The price range for massage chairs is crazy extreme from $600 to upwards of 20k so at $1300 this model fits my needs!
