Without saying what auto parts store to buy this seat cushion at it makes this chair just perfect for me. AND it looks better than my old feather pillow. I am smaller and it tones it down just right. I've been looking for a chair for awhile and came across this one. This chair had great reviews and right at my price point. It read it had height restrictions of 6'1”. I'm 6'3 and 300 lbs. I'm at maximum height for this chair in my own opinion. I only need to slouch a bit to get my neck area. They have chairs for taller gentleman, Jupiter XL ( I believe it's called this) for guys as tall as 6'8 400 lbs. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CHAIR!! Right color too! Lol
We have a subscription for monthly messages and the place we go has similar chairs so we had to have one. Works amazing for my wife but I’m 6’ 3” and it’s a tad short but still works great. We made ourselves a Zen room to relax when using. Highly recommend.
Well, I think I’m becoming addicted to this massage chair. I’m up to two times a day lol. My son enjoys it as well. Gets in it every time he comes over. My daughter at first didn’t like it at all. Within a day it is now the only chair she likes to sit in and then use. So all and all five star raving review from me.
This chair paid for itself in less than a month. $75-$100 a massage adds up quickly, and when you’re in chronic pain it’s thought to drive to the massage therapist.I now hit the chair at least 3-4 times a day and the improvement in my back is remarkable. I really have enjoyed this massage chair, and feel that it was a great purchase. I was able to purchase this with my fsa, with no problems. Delivery turned out okay, was a little issue, but nothing to do with this company or this product. However, now that I've used the chair a few times, it has worked as it has stated and my time in the chair has felt nice. The one con is that the directions that come with the chair are not very informational and does not give directions to use the chair or the pad, which I had to look online to get that information. However, besides that inconvenience, the chair itself was definitely worth it and I would definitely recommend to others.
Well, the chair was everything I hoped it would be. The box looked horrible as a result of shipping, which really worried me. However the chair was delivered in excellent shape (thank goodness). My wife and I use this chair OFTEN, and I love it! My son and I took it up to my room so that I can watch my big screen TV while sitting in the chair. FYI…it’s not lightweight at all when carrying it up 15 steps! I also purchased some leather cleaner / conditioner and a microfiber cloth to rub it down to keep the leather from drying out and cracking.
I must say I was a little skeptical and nervous to make such a large purchase online so I did tons and tons of research and settled on this chair. We got the chair because I was having severe back pain. After using the chair, it relieved so much of the pain. I love the different modules that are offered the only thing that I wish they offered a backlight to the remote control. You have to have light in order to change the settings. other than that it is absolutely perfect!I would encourage anyone with back pain down through your glutes to try this chair. It is definitely worth every penny. The zero gravity setting is awesome. It’s like being suspended in a huge cotton ball.I also like the airbags that help with circulation in the arms and legs in the foot rollers are fantastic. I wish the upper roller is near the neck could be adjusted a little more or maybe they can and I just don’t know how lol.We have this chair in our living room because it couldn’t fit in our exercise rooms, so be sure to measure your doorways to make be sure it fits. I purchased the cover separately to keep over it so that dust doesn’t accumulate on it. The chair was extremely easy to assemble, just needed to connect the leg to the chair itself it was very very easy to do. it is fantastic. I wish they offered an operations manual that I explained in detail the description various settings. A handbook via hard copy or online would be great. We are so happy with this chair. My husband works very long hours and usually will come home and unwind and sit in the chair just before settling in for bed. I've been using this chair for about 3 months and I love it. It's my family favorite chair now. It's easy to setup, it takes about 30min only to completely setup. My wife and I using this chair everyday. I like the relax setting, help me to reduce my tiredness from all day work. My wife like strong setting to relieve her muscles. I spent alot of time researching massage chairs. It always came back to this chair. Im in love with this chair. First off, delivery was excellent. Two young men brought it into my garage. My husband had to put the footrest on the chair & then it was ready. We did have leftover screws. This chair gives a great massage. I've had it for a month & Im in it everyday. It has bluetooth speaker, usb port & a touch screen with options. Im still learning! What I have figured out is if its in a spot you like press manual & fixed. It will stay in that spot. The footrest does extend out a bit (gently press into them when reclined & they extend). The chair shuts off after 15 min ish (I think). I always add more time by pressing the timer. I dont like coming back up & then restarting it again. If you are looking for a chair that helps neck area- this is your chair! It massages from high up neck/back of head to your gluts. It also gives the bottoms of your feet attention too. Honestly, I cant think of a negative. It gives a great massage. There's times I have a sore area in my back & the massage is intense. I consider it deep muscle. If you are like I was & considering a chair- you wont be disappointed. I think the price was great. I was nervous to spend the money on something I couldnt try out 1st. I read alot of reviews so thank you to the people who left detailed reviews. Get the chair!
Delivery was great. They brought it right into the room that I wanted it in and placed it exactly where I wanted it. This chair is light and easy to move. Assembling the chair was easy and completed in less than 15 minutes. It has several pre-programmed massages as well as manual functions. I’ve tried them all and have my favorites. It’s great that you can adjust the pressure of the massage. It also allows you to stop the massage at a specific point on your back for when you have an area that needs a little more attention. I’ve had this chair about 2 months now and use it several times a week. It has helped me tremendously with my back issues. It’s great after a long stressful day to sit back and relax while getting a massage. I’ve even fallen asleep. This chair is wonderful. I wish I would have purchased it a long time ago. I wasn't sure if I was going to regret purchasing this or not due to the price however after doing so much research, it is so much more reasonable compared to all the more expensive massage chairs. After having it for three months I've been so happy with it. Everything has been really great on my friends love using it and so do I. You won't be disappointed with this chair it's stylish and it's fairly small so it doesn't take up a lot of space. The massaging is really good. Sometimes a little too much but you could turn it down and adjust it the way you want the only things I'm not too crazy about is the 15 minute timer. You just have to turn it back on for another 15 minutes another thing is the heat pad doesn't seem to get very warm. Other than that this is a great massage chair and you can't go wrong with this especially for the price. I've tried a few at Costco and those things were $6k to $7k
Im 5'11" and 350lbs and fit very comfortably.My wife and I both spend several hours weekly in it. The ui is kind of confusing because there's no rhyme or reason for the lay to the lay out but you end up remembering where you're go to buttons like add more time is lol my only wish would be that the control panel was back lit because you can't see anything if the rooms dim.My buddies literally come over to use it as you can see in the picture. I have it sitting like 6 inches from the wall and have no problems going into zero gravity mode.At this moment 10 outta 10 would recommend

Nice quality good looking product.The most features in one chair I could find for a reasonable price. Easy to assemble and begin using. the chair is put together in no time at all. This chair is very well made. It has a built in 15 minute timer or you can extend or if you like if you want longer massage. If you are using one of the preset massages you can reset the timer at any time by switching to a different massage and then go back to your original selection. The foot rollers are pretty intense, I love it so much, I used to go to a massage spa for a food massage but I stopped going there since I have this massage chair. This chair matches my leather couch so I��m pretty happy with that too.The only thing that I want to change is�� the monitor should have some kind of lighting, so I can see it when my room is dark, but I think I will master where to press for my area of massages since I��m using it every night, especially after my long stressful shift as nurse. Over all, I am very happy costumer.

The air massage feature is a function that I didn’t think I would enjoy, but let me tell you after a few cycles it to is amazing.

We ordered this massage chair in November of 2022 and have been using it for 3 months. It sees daily use from both my wife and I. Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase. The massage strength is perfect (not too strong or too light) and the air compression is typically on the stronger side. Depending on your preference the air strength may be too strong for you liking, but it's adjustable. I am 6' tall, 240lbs and I fit comfortably in this chair. It would probably accommodate up to about 6'4" with no problem. We were pleasantly surprised at the sound of the bluetooth speakers. My wife likes the ability to recline all the way. The heated back could be hotter, and I find that I need to use the chair for 20+ minutes in order to feel the heat. That being said, though, the heated back feels great and I use it pretty consistently. We used HSA/FSA funds to purchase this unit - bonus! Yes, we would recommend this chair - and would purchase it again.
Shopped around and found a lot of chairs for cheaper but the reviews weren’t the greatest. Then I found this chair it cost more but had so many more features. The foot massager with heat is amazing. The leg arm and shoulder air bags are amazing. You can adjust the strength of the massage and the air pressure. Has 6 preset massages or you can do it manually and pick where you want to massage. Also has zero gravity and Bluetooth speakers and a charger for your phone. I give this chair a 11/10. Highly Recommend it.

I purchase this because I was having back pain and I was hesitant about it as I was looking for other brands such as Osaki. So far we love it! Delivery was fast. They brought it in and placed it where we wanted. Unbelievable chair for the price. Love the Bluetooth feature and super easy to assemble. Just basically had to add the foot/leg part and connect a few things. Only down side is it came with several screws(3 sets) to be exact, but did not clearly mention which to use to attach foot/leg part or even show pic. Other than that we love it. Also I wish that screen would have back light feature as it is hard to see.

This thing is a beast! It’s quite large but surprisingly was fairly light..my husband and I were able to move it up steep stairs with no issues. Once sitting in it, it feels so relaxing! The different modes will get you just what you need. The feet rollers and heat are a plus, not to mention zero gravity! Would definitely recommend this message chair.
Absolutely love how comfortable it is. Has different massage settings like sleep that will also rock you back and forth, Relax, Chinese, Thai, Recovery, and Strong. The leg and arms area air up and create pressure against you. Only negative I have is that the buttons on the "screen" don't light up, but not that big of an issue. The built in bluetooth speakers are amazing to connect those relaxing sounds.
This chair is a fan favorite. Since we purchased the chair everyone that has used it…fell asleep. There are many controls and massage options. Tall and short people alike benefit from it in some way. I wish there was backlighting on the controls and that it gave more of a hamstring and call massage with rollers versus just air. No regrets however!
We have had our massage chair for about 6 months now and it has worked great. I am 5' 3", my husband is 5' 11" and we both are able to use it comfortably. I really like the air massage feature but some of the massage settings are a bit rough for me. The massage pressure is adjustable and my husband enjoys the deep massage, while I add a small pillow to ease the pressure even on some of the lower settings. Overall I think it is a good purchase and offers a lot of the features found on other higher priced massage chairs.

I purchased the Real Relax after eying a massage chair for several years. The real relax seemed to have the best combination of features to price. After several months of use, here is my assessment of the chair.Positives:+ The quality of the materials, the faux leather seems durable, looks good and is nice to the touch.+ The massage robot hands are great, and the for me having the S and L track was key. It cost a little more, but that small incremental cost increase in my mind is worth it vs only an s track which does only the back.+ The chair coming basically assembled is a plus, although it will take two people to move it and get it off the pallet. Once on the ground there are wheels that can be used if the chair is leaned back for easier movement from one room to another.+ There are a lot of massage options if you manually adjust the settings.+ The blue mood lighting is a nice touch in a dark room to add that soothing vibe.+ The airbags are great where them make strong contact such as the forearm and feet (see more below)+ A lot of the presets are pretty intense if someone who likes high pressure massages.+ The buttons on the control tablet are very responsive and the graphics are clear and easy to understand.I wouldn't call these negatives, but things that Real Relax might consider improving on later models:- The interface is a little bit cumbersome. I generally find myself using the same preset all the time A4 because I don't like the intensity of the others. A mobile app that let the user create programs would be great, and also eliminate the need for the clunky interface.- The control panel buttons aren't back lit. So if you like to mess with the buttons a lot, you'll need to have some lighting so you can see what you are doing.- I'm pretty thin so the air bags for the shoulders and calf are not as intense as they would be for a bigger person. Should be fine though for the typical American.All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase and the convenience of getting a quick massage at a moments notice is worth it.
