I got this home massage chair in the best price, I have been searching affordable and reliable chair for the longest time until I found this. The roller balls helps sooth my shoulders, my back down the sacral area, my calf and my foot! This is all in one body massage! The chair comes in a large box with 3 main parts to put together (main body, and the two armrests.) It took my husband and I personally 30 min to assembly mainly due to connecting the electrical/ air tubes for the air compression. After all is said and done the chair is ready to be used and used we did! There are different ways you can customize the massage and the voice assistant is very responsive! My husband does weightlifting so he finds himself using it more than I do but the point is that it is simply nice to have around especially when friends/family comes to visit. I would recommend this chair for anyone who is interested in having ease of access, relaxation, and pain/tension relief!

This chair is very sleek and has an authentic leather feel/mystique about it. Out of all the products out there, this one blows away the competition in looks. The massage is really helpful for my upper back and lower neck issues. Not sure if it because of how hard I need the massage to be, but I have to remove the cover to get in to where it counts. Not a big deal for me as I just wear a leather jacket to get the pressure just right without my skin getting pinched.Love the anti-gravity and heat features as it is especially nice to take a load off my feet after a hard stressful day of work. The leg/ forearm air bags work ok for me, however, I am a thin 5'10' 180lbs guy so the bags barely touch my hips/upper arms. My wife is even thinner at 5'7' so same for her accept the hip/ upper arm bags don't nothing. I would guess thus would be the same fir any massage chair since have to try to match all different body types and there is no way to make related fearures like these adjustable. The one part that is flexible is the leg part that adjusts to your leg length.Putting the product together is a bit tricky since you have to try to line up air hoses while someone else is lifting the sides if the chair. It is tight, but doable trying to line the sides up while also trying to plug in the hoses. Also, my air bags did not initially inflate.When I called customer service, I called first thing when they opened and got through right away. The rep was nice and knew right away what was the problem. It ended up being a loose hose inside the main brains of the chair. It probably slipped out during shipping but it was an easy fix for me to unscrew the top cover and then plug it back in.This is a great find and the value for the money is off the hook!
We bought this massage chair in hopes of relieving our tired soreness when we come back from the gym everyday. It does not disappoint. IT IS A GREAT MASSAGE CHAIR AND I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE! You can adjust it for a short time or longer time and it gets your whole body. We LOVE it.
I purchased this chair for Father's Day and I purposely waited before adding a review. It was very easy to assemble with no problems.The various speeds were great depending on your physical knee. Haven't been able to figure out the Bluetooth yet. Only issue is it doesn't get the neck and shoulders as good as I would like it to but the massage is wonderful after a hard days work. It's an excellent by we are very pleased

I feel like the feet rollers should of came out more-extend them out longer they r to short, the shoulders air bags don't touch me im 5'81/2 , maybe they might touch someone at 6 feet(?), I cannot use the bottom back rollers due to a metal cadge in my back, the rollers r to hard, if they were soft -maybe...I like the chair it's comfortable , compatible, the color is good. I can sit in it for ever. Need more leg pressure on my white chicken legs though. But it feels good..
I liked this massage chair especially the Zero-G option. I am using it regularly as it relaxes my body. The chair quality is good and easy to assemble.The suggestion that I have is about shipping since it arrived in two different boxes each with a week gap. Apart from this I do not have any other complaints. So far its good.

Comfortable. Easy to assemble - recommend you have two people to help move the main unit. Good foot massage especially for the elderly. Can adjust the leg length a bit for taller or shorter people by pressing onto the soles.
This massage chair is incredible for the price. I have wanted a massage chair since I was a kid and I went to brookstone all the time, those were $5000 and up and were only slightly better than this one. It was quite heavy but my boyfriend and I made it up to our apartment on the second floor. It came in two boxes, one with the main thing and the second with the sides. It was very easy to put together using the manual.
I loved the amount the pressure, the zero gravity function, the presets, ease of assembly, and the look of it.I wish there was a bit more pressure on the neck, but everything else sure makes us feel relaxed.

It was very easy to assemble once I got both boxes. They came on separate days. It was a bit smaller than I envisioned, but I still fit comfortably in it. I am 5�0�and heavy set. The massagers only come up to just below my shoulder blades. My boys are also loving it!

There a lot of other chairs on the market that cost twice as much as this one. This one however, is the bang for the buck, It is comfortable and I really like the decline and incline of the body. It does exceptional on the spine and back area and works well. The calves and foot is good too. The heat is well worth it. It is better than an Epson salt bath to me. I use it after my gym workouts and it sometimes put me to sleep. The remote control is absolutely great and the massaging mechanism is fantastic.

This chair was incredibly easy to assemble and it's surprisingly easy to move around if I need to reposition it in other rooms. It was supposed to be for my wife but I think I'm taking it for me please don't tell her!
The delivery for this chair was very fast. I think it took a week to get here. It came in two boxes, but was really only in 3 pieces. It was easy to put together. The hose connection was the most difficult part. Those wold be the air hoses connected on each side. Also when you get the chair check all of the connections. The seat cushion wasn't connected on ours, we had to figure that part out. The chair is interesting. I have only used it once so far and it felt great. I am not sure about the zero g though. It puts the massage on a lower part of your back, and may cause some discomfort or pain.It feels really good on the back of the shoulders and feet for me. We only received it yesterday, so more testing is involved. I think for the price, it will be worth it.
For a chair that's under $1k, it's a solid chair. Some simple tweaks would make this chair a steal at $900. The lower back rollers are harsh on the your tailbone. The neck rollers may as well be non existent, you can barely tell they are there. I'm 6ft tall and the chair is still comfortable but in zero g, it will not get my calves. The arm airbags are a tease. They squeeze down with decent pressure and then release after about 1-2 seconds. I wish they held tight for at least 5 seconds at a time. Besides the calf airbag, I wasn't thrilled with any of the other airbags pressure. All in all, solid build, could use a few minor tweaks and this chair would be a steal.
