If I could give this chair 10 stars I would! Not only is the chair amazing, but I can't speak highly enough about the customer service I have recieved from Real Relax! First off, this chair is extreamly HIGH QUALITY! From the packaging to the set up to the DAILY use, this chair is amazing. And here is the BEST part of it all. As with anything, eventually something is going to go wrong. I purchased this chair over 2yr ago, and I promise you it has been used thousands of times by myself, faimly and close friends. So a few weeks ago while enjoying a great massage, it suddenly stopped working! I was soooo upset! However this is where it gets good! I contacted Real Relax, and they immediatly jumped into action to diagnose what may have happened to my chair. This is when I truly discovered how well made this chair is! I was instructed how to remove the covers and panels, and all I can say is WOW. This chair is made from extremely high quality materials, and very well engineered. And the fix was simple! They quickly diagnosed that my problem was caused by a burnt out circuit board which they promptly express mailed to me and I replaced it myself in less than 5min! Now my chair is back in acton and better than ever. I truly could not recommend this chair, and this company Real Relax any higher. I am forever a customer! Sincerely, Troy Town, Louisiana USA! :)
Great investment lots of features
This chair was a great investment because my wife no longer has to spend hundreds a month on massages and complain that they didn't do a good job or didn't give her enough time. She loves this chair because it's comfortable and it hits her back, buttocks, feet, and arms. It was easy to assemble. You just have to attach the footrest. It's small enough to get through most doors and light enough to move around easily. I'm glad it also came with foam rails to help protect our floor. There are many options and I think some of the negative comments are from users who aren't familiar with all the options. I do wish the automatic modes worked on my neck and upper back more, but I could also use manual mode to address that. Overall I think I got a lot for my money.
Great Chair for the Price
It’s a little awkward to move around, but assembly was easier than I expected. I really like the airbag massage—the way it squeezes and releases around my arms, shoulders, and seat feels great.

We spent years researching massage chairs, looking for a good one at a reasonable price. We finally found it! We’re really happy with this chair. It gives a great massage and is such a relaxing way to unwind.
I turned a spare closet into a cozy massage room, and this chair is the centerpiece. I love the variety of settings and the solid-color design. I hired a company to carry it downstairs, assemble it, and put it in place. The whole process was easy-peasy!
The massage width option doesn’t change regardless of the massage option or custom massage. The chair does not recline back (even with zero gravity) as far as other massage chairs. The feet do not lift up at all. The dimension of the chair itself isn’t as large as expected. You cannot easily put your arms inside. I would recommend that you really consider all the options
